Eric Wheeler

Bassist Eric Wheeler is a native of Washington, DC and the leader of the Hill Center Jazz Ensemble. Mr. Wheeler has been appearing of late with Pharoah Sanders and Benny Golson. He tours regularly with the Cyrus Chestnut Trio while maintaining his residency in the Nation's Capitol. He appears frequently at most major venues in Washington and New York City. Mr. Wheeler attended the Duke Ellington School for the Artsand holds Bachelor and Masters degrees from Howard University.
